Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, tap your profile icon, then Settings, then Delete account. This removes your account and your personal data. If you cannot access the app, email us and we will do it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings rather than in SweatMate. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

My watch or ring data is not showing up

Check that SweatMate still has permission in your device's Health settings, since an iOS or Android update can reset it. Recovery and energy scores also need 14 days of data before they appear, and until then the app shows how many days are left rather than guessing a number.

What can my trainer see?

Only what you have chosen to share, and only where their tier includes that view. You can change it at any time in Settings. Weight, body composition, measurements, sleep scores, nutrition and progress photos are never visible to a trainer or anyone else, whatever you choose.

I want to join as a trainer

Get in touch and we will send you the details. You will need your certification, a valid licence to practise where you work, and insurance. Verification usually takes two to three working days and you can set up your profile while it runs.

I had a problem with a trainer, or with a client

Email us with the details and the date of the session. We read every report. Trainers whose conduct or reliability falls short are removed from search and, where necessary, from the platform.

Is SweatMate available outside the UAE?

The app works anywhere. The trainer marketplace is launching in Dubai first and will open in other cities as we build trainer coverage there.
